Project Management - 2 days - $550 We cover the following important topics: Introduction to Project Management; Context and process groups; integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risk and procurement management skills; May 27th and 28th - Register Business Ethics - $295 Ethical business practices are essential to all organizations ‘success. Students learn to identify ethical dilemmas in business and develop decision –making process to manage them. There is no prerequisite for this class.
Leadership Management - $295 This course covers the principals of managerial skills such as the role of leadership, including visions, goals and communications skills; defining employee's role and priorities; employee motivation, and much more. May 29th, June 23rd and September 29th - Register Business Writing/Grammar Skills - $295 This class emphasizes basic writing skills, writing letters and reports, and writing letter proposals and formal proposals. July 16th and August 29th - Register Effective Presentation - $295 This course covers basic presentation skills. Students learn to plan presentations, analyze the audience, select supporting material, build presentations, use visual aids, deliver presentations, manage question and answer sessions, and use tools for effective persuasion. May 27th, July 7th and September 12th - Register Time Management - $295 This course covers fundamentals of time management, time management plans, utilization, productivity, and controlling information overload. June 10th, July 18th and October 31st - Register
Excellence in Service: Basic - $295 In this course, students learn customer service basics. This course covers customer service fundamentals, customer service skills, customer management, and customer communication.
